Drive With T.K. helps CDL-A drivers find driving jobs with carrier partners. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and your choices.
What we collect
Your name, phone number, email address, city and state, and the details you give in a driving job application (such as license, experience and work history). We also keep records of our calls, texts and emails with you, including any opt-in or opt-out.
How we use it
- To contact you about driving jobs you applied for or asked about.
- To help you complete your application and follow up on it.
- To send text messages you agreed to receive, and to honor opt-outs.
Who we share it with
When you apply, your application information is shared with the carrier employers it is submitted to, so they can consider you for the job. We also use service providers (such as our email, phone and texting providers) only to run our own communications with you.
Mobile information and SMS consent are never shared with or sold to third parties or affiliates for their marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except the providers that deliver our own messages.
We do not sell your personal information.
Text messages
If you text us at 443.741.2202 or agree on a call to receive texts, we text you about driving jobs and your application. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Opting out of texts stops texts; tell us if you also want us to stop calls and emails.
Security and retention
We store contact details encrypted and limit access to the people who need it. We keep records as long as needed to help with your job search and to honor opt-outs, then delete them.
